Maness’s lovely girlfriend, Coleman Cox, created a social media firestorm during Game 3 of the 2014 NLCS. Apparently, she wasn’t happy with how the St. Louis Cardinals handled the game which is why she decided to take over her boyfriend’s Twitter account and sent out a few frustrated tweets after Maness was pulled out. To clear the air, Cox later tweeted at Bravo host Andy Cohen and then deactivated her own Twitter account.
Seth Maness, who currently plays as pitcher for St. Louis Cardinals, started his professional career with the Batavia Muckdogs. He made his MLB debut on May 3, 2013 where he pitched one inning against the Milwaukee Brewers. On May 15, 2013, Maness became the first Cardinal rookie pitcher since 1990 with three relief wins in his first five major league appearances.
