Chris Flack claimed that Caroline’s mother had taken her daughter to court on a “show case” and was relentlessly pursued throughout the weeks leading up her suicide. In a statement to the court, she stated her belief that Caroline was let go by the authorities, and especially the CPS for trying to pursue the case against her.
